Booy's Gluten Free Foods has decided to focus on Gluten Free
Fruit Cakes and mixes. We carry two types of Christmas Fruit
Cake - regular and brandy soaked. We will be adding
white/light fruit cake and fruit cakes made with apricots, raisins,
currants, cranberries, etc. for those who do not like the candied
red and green cherries. Our cakes are made with butter and we
will make them dairy free upon request.
We have a few of our favorite mixes that we will also ship -
Microwave Brownie Mix, quick pizza crust mix, and our all purpose
flour mix. These will be available in the New Year.
As a business we have decided to focus on food products that ship
well and do not require to be frozen. All our products are
made in a Gluten Free Commercial Kitchen.
